Every Friday night in North London, we gather to dance… fuelled by ceremonial cacao, carried by the power of Live Afro-Percussion, nourished by deep global rhythms and held in a sober (drug & alcohol free) community.

A sober dance experience - a rite of passage for the uninitiated onto a dance floor without alcohol, drugs, phones, and with a “no talking on the dancefloor” agreement, so we can go deeper!

No choreography. No pressure to perform. Just music, movement, freedom and presence.
