We are a down-to-earth group. Whether you're a nerd or a punk, conservative or liberal, it doesn't matter. We accept all walks of life as long as you're respectful.
We are a very diverse group of people with ages ranging from 21-65. Children are welcome on hikes. No one under 21 at any event that may have alcohol.
Sporting activities that interest us include biking, cycling, hiking, yoga, horseshoes, bowling, shuffleboard, basketball, pedal boats, even poker. We are interested in all sorts of cultural institutions such as museums, theaters, restaurants, dance halls, cruise ships, karaoke clubs, conservation centers, video game arcades and more. We love exploring nature too! Places such as ponds, lakes, rivers, streams, oceans, beaches, canyons, waterfalls. Social activities will include dinners at casual restaurants, sushi nights, movie outings, karaoke, potlucks, holiday celebrations, concerts, beach outings, and various adventures mostly around Los Angeles.
Look for us doing events all over Los Angeles - Santa Monica, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Encino, Tarzana, Malibu, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Calabasas, Topanga Canyon, Griffith Park and more.

It's located on private property and not normally open to the public. So it is indeed a special thing for us to go.

Now . . . About this event: It is outdoors in a super-funky, pretty and cute location of The Hollywood Sculpture Garden.
This is intended as a "New To Meetup Mixer." Meaning if you are new to Meetup, or new to the group, been in the group for a while but not attended an event or even just new to the city, . . . then come.
A perfect way to meetup some quality people over some even better wine.
And very perfect if this is your first meetup ever!! Come join us.

6 to 7:58 . . . General socializing & art appreciation over food and drinks.
7:58 PM . . . . Sunset (if all goes according to plan)
8:30 PM . . . . The light show begins
8:30 to 9:30 . . . More socializing and art.
9:30 onwards . . . the night is young. Head off to other cool places with new friends.

It's Pot-luck/Drink-luck.
Your ticket for entry is a dish or a drink. Bring anything that is good to share for serve 10 people. Or a nice bottle of wine, or dozen beers (if cheap beer), 6 pack of craft beer.
We will provide the tables, dishes, plastic-ware, cups, napkins, etc.

PARKING: Parking is tight to non-existent the location. The Google Form will used to make sure you have ALL the best parking info.
