From Chat to Agents: Live AI Build Workshop

Ever wondered what actually separates a chatbot like ChatGPT from an "AI agent" everyone's talking about? This workshop shows you the difference, live.

A chat LLM is a tool you talk to — you ask, it answers, and the conversation stays inside that one exchange. An agent is a system built around an LLM that can take action: it can use tools, look things up, complete multi-step tasks, and work toward a goal with a lot less hand-holding from you.

Allison and Maud will facilitate, and Rob will take a real use case from someone in the room and build a working agent for it — live, on screen. You'll follow the build step by step and can jump in with questions as it happens.

You'll leave with:
• A clear, practical sense of what makes something an "agent" instead of just a chatbot
• A front-row look at how an agent actually gets built, start to finish
• Ideas for where agents could fit into your own work
