Burnout prevention and recovery are more than just rest. Reading restores focus, calms the mind, and sparks curiosity - especially when shared with good company; it becomes a mindful reset for both soul and mind.

On Tuesday, April 28th, at 1.55 pm, we’ll gather in the Rembrandtpark (in front of Patio) for an afternoon dedicated to silent reading - getting lost in our books while enjoying each other’s quiet presence.

The host of the event is Mansi, community member & volunteer.

✨ Good to know

  • We’ll meet in front of the Patio and find a quiet spot together
  • Bring something to read, as well as a blanket, snacks, and anything you’d like for a picnic
  • Most of the time will be spent in silence, reading side by side
  • We’ll close with optional sharing of reflections and recommendations

📝 Community guidelines

  • If you RSVP, please attend. 💛
  • If you need to cancel within 24 hours before the event, reach out to me directly. After two late cancellations or no-shows without notice, or if you don’t show up to your first event, you’ll be removed from the community. 💔
  • Arrive on time (a few minutes early is ideal). ⏰
  • For casual events: stay as long or as little as you like, just let us know. For workshops: stay for the entire session. 🌿
  • Be fully present and keep your phones tucked away. 📵
  • You don’t need to be on burnout leave to join, but this is a community centered around burnout prevention and recovery. 🌸
  • Be kind and respectful; any harmful or unsafe behavior will lead to being asked to leave and removed from the community. 🚫
