    Recharge & Reset: A Somatic Practice for Self-Compassion ๐ŸŒฟโœจ

    Recharge & Reset: A Somatic Practice for Self-Compassion ๐ŸŒฟโœจ

    OT301, Overtoom 301, Amsterdam, NL

Burnout prevention and recovery are about more than taking a break โ€“ they call for reconnecting to our bodies, calming the nervous system, and creating the sense of safety that allows the mind to rest.

On Saturday, August 29th at 2:45 pm, we'll gather in front of OT301 (AnaMorphic Studio), where Soroosh, a somatic coach and experience designer, will guide us through a somatic practice that combines breath, gentle movement, and compassion to drop in from our thoughts into our bodies and calm our nervous system.

The practice will last until 5 pm, followed by an optional open space to stay a little longer, connect, and share with others. ๐ŸŒป

    ๐ŸŒฟ What to expect:

    • A gentle grounding to arrive and feel safe
    • Tools to move from the mind into the bodily sensations
    • Building your own "resilience anchor" โ€” a calm place inside you can come back to anytime
    • Softly meeting whatever's been weighing on you, with breath, movement, and a lot of kindness

โœจ This workshop is for you if:

    • You're exhausted but can't seem to slow down
    • You feel disconnected from yourself, from people, from life
    • You're carrying tension you can't quite put down

    ๐ŸŒฑ You'll leave with:

    • A more grounded presence
    • One simple practice to use whenever it all gets loud again
    • A little more space between you and everything that's been pressing on you

    ๐Ÿ’ซ What to bring:

    • Comfy clothes you can move gently in, and warm socks
    • A water bottle
    • Yourself, as you are ๐Ÿ’›

    ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Booking & accessibility

    • Secure your spot via this payment request (โ‚ฌ12,5) together with your RSVP โ€“ without payment, your spot will be offered to someone else
    • If you canโ€™t make it anymore, you can give your spot to someone else โ€“ approval needed from Virag
    • If the price or the payment method is a barrier, reach out to Virag
    • This session requires a minimum of 5 participants to take place

    ๐Ÿคฒ About the facilitator
Soroosh is a somatic coach and experience designer based in Amsterdam. Having experienced burnout firsthand, he makes his work deeply personal and far from purely theoretical. Soroosh cultivates warm, unhurried, and human spaces where there is no pressure or bypassing, just a welcoming environment for your body, a safe container, and complete permission to rest.
