Whether you're looking for a place to recharge or find new ways to grow, this is the place for you. This is a self-driven group, so your ideas, input, and energy are welcome at every step of the way!

Recharge & Reflect: Journaling for Burnout Recovery โ๏ธโจ
Hotel Casa Amsterdam, Eerste Ringdijkstraat 4, 1097 BC Amsterdam, Amsterdam, NLBurnout prevention and recovery can be supported through journaling, helping us gain insight into our thoughts, emotions, and energy while creating space to slow down and clear the mind.
On Sunday, August 23rd at 1:55 pm, we'll meet in front of Hotel Casa for a relaxed afternoon of journaling guided by Cindy, one of our community members and volunteer hosts, using the journaling toolkit she created during her own burnout recovery.

- A light, supportive space to reflect and connect with others who understand burnout
- A journaling toolkit with templates for reflection, planning, energy management, and more
- The opportunity to choose the templates that resonate with you and journal at your own pace
- All materials will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own
- This is a peer-sharing event, not a therapy or coaching session

Recharge & Reset: A Somatic Practice for Self-Compassion ๐ฟโจ
OT301, Overtoom 301, Amsterdam, NLBurnout prevention and recovery are about more than taking a break โ they call for reconnecting to our bodies, calming the nervous system, and creating the sense of safety that allows the mind to rest.
On Saturday, August 29th at 2:45 pm, we'll gather in front of OT301 (AnaMorphic Studio), where Soroosh, a somatic coach and experience designer, will guide us through a somatic practice that combines breath, gentle movement, and compassion to drop in from our thoughts into our bodies and calm our nervous system.
The practice will last until 5 pm, followed by an optional open space to stay a little longer, connect, and share with others. ๐ป
๐ฟ What to expect:
- A gentle grounding to arrive and feel safe
- Tools to move from the mind into the bodily sensations
- Building your own "resilience anchor" โ a calm place inside you can come back to anytime
- Softly meeting whatever's been weighing on you, with breath, movement, and a lot of kindness
โจ This workshop is for you if:
- You're exhausted but can't seem to slow down
- You feel disconnected from yourself, from people, from life
- You're carrying tension you can't quite put down

- A more grounded presence
- One simple practice to use whenever it all gets loud again
- A little more space between you and everything that's been pressing on you

Soroosh is a somatic coach and experience designer based in Amsterdam. Having experienced burnout firsthand, he makes his work deeply personal and far from purely theoretical. Soroosh cultivates warm, unhurried, and human spaces where there is no pressure or bypassing, just a welcoming environment for your body, a safe container, and complete permission to rest.๐ Community guidelines
