OYSTERFEST OYSTER BAY 2025
For over 40 years, Long Islanders and visitors from throughout the east coast participate in the region’s largest waterfront festival–The Oyster Fest! The beautiful and historic hamlet of Oyster Bay, New York, hosts an outstanding weekend of family, fun, food and festivities!
Aside from the food courts, the Oyster Fest boasts of the traditional excitement of oyster shucking and oyster eating contests, a huge arts & crafts pavilion, Newton Shows amusement rides & games, the Oyster Bay Brewing Company beer garden, and continuous live entertainment!
Join us Saturday, October 19th and Sunday, October 20th between the hours of 11am-6pm.

Depart 9:45 AM from Elmhurst Queens (NEW): (Bus stop outside of Queens Center Mall) Queens Blvd/59 Av, Queens, NY 11373 (Map). Subway lines (Woodhaven Blvd): E, F; Bus (Queens Blvd/59 Av): Q53-SBS,Q59, Q60, Q98.
Depart 10:00 AM from Flushing Queens (NEW): (Across street from Asian Jewels) 133-30 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7.
Return Date/Time: Depart around 5:30 PM, and expect to arrive at Flushing 6:20 PM, Elmhurst 7:00 PM & LIC at 7:30 PM

Early birds: $45 for first 7 spots or 21 days in advance whichever comes first. Regular: Afterward $55
Trip includes: Round trip transportation from mutiple stops in Queens NY, OysterFest 2025 at Oyster Bay & parking fee if any.

* Full refund minus $20 processing fee if cancelled 21 days in advance * Afterward, no refund for cancellation or no show; however, you can transfer your spot to other with $20 transfer fee; * Full refund if the trip has to be cancelled by us.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in NY Ski & Snowboard Club events and activities, the event participant acknowledges, and agrees that:

1. The risk of injury from the events may be significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2. KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. Willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation; and,
4. Event participant, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS NY Ski & Snowboard Club their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
