Paradise Glitch is a Leeds social group for people who want to
get out, make friends and meet others they genuinely click with.
Maybe you’re tired of conversations that never get past “what do you do?” Maybe you can talk for ages when something sparks your interest, but find it harder to break into a room of strangers. Or maybe you just want an evening where you can relax and be yourself. You’re welcome here.
🌀 What’s the glitch?
It’s that moment when the usual script drops away. Someone asks a better question. A conversation takes a strange, funny or fascinating turn. You came out expecting an ordinary night and leave thinking, “I’m glad I met them.”
Not every conversation has to be deep. There’s room for a laugh, a tangent, a comfortable pause and a night that’s just good fun.
👋 Three hosts, no script
There are three of us hosting, each with our own personality. We’ll welcome you when you arrive, help with introductions if you’d like them and pay attention to how the room feels. We’re there to make it easier to join in, not to put anyone on the spot or march you through forced games.
You can come alone or bring a friend. You can jump into a conversation or take a little time to settle in. There isn’t one right way to be social here.
✨ Different nights, different moods
We’re starting with welcoming Leeds socials and want to add more formats as the group grows: social mixers, sober socials, smaller deep-dive conversations, women-only events, and evenings that start with meeting new people and carry on into a night out.
Each event page will tell you what that night involves, where to meet us, whether alcohol is part of the setting, and any price or booking steps. That way, you can choose the kind of evening that suits you.
🤝 A good room is something we make together
Be kind. Respect people’s boundaries. Let a conversation wander, and let someone step away from it too. No one has to be louder, quicker or more polished to belong.
