Quarto/RMarkdown - What's Different?

Quarto® (https://quarto.org/) is an open-source scientific and technical publishing system built on Pandoc, which will allow you to create dynamic content with Python, R, Julia, and Observable. We are so pleased to be hosting Ted Laderas, PhD.

➡️ About the presentation:
Quarto is the next generation of RMarkdown, extending its capabilities beyond R to include Python, Julia, and Observable, as well as supporting advanced features of Shiny and HTML. As a seasoned RMarkdown user, you may have the question of whether you should switch to Quarto. In this presentation, I will help you answer this question for yourself by showing some of these new features of Quarto and how to get started with Quarto by adapting your R Markdown documents.
