Join me this Sunday evening for a deep nourishing practice.
It's an invitation to pause, to reconnect with your deep energy and approach the new week with serenity and vitality.

The practice will include :
🪷Gentle Hatha yoga postures
🪷Pranayama
🪷Yoga Nidra

What do you need to practice ?
🪷Quiet, softly lit space
🪷Yoga mat or firm surface
🪷Blanket (for warmth)
🪷Comfortable clothing
🪷 Pillow or bolster for meditation

Guidelines for the practice :
🪷Join on time so we can begin together in a calm and focused state.
🪷Use a laptop or desktop instead of a phone for the best visual and audio experience.
🪷Prepare your space: choose a quiet, comfortable spot where you won’t be disturbed.
🪷You may wish to light a candle or some incense to create a peaceful atmosphere.
🪷Keep a journal nearby to note any reflections or insights that arise, especially after the meditation.

* Practice will be in English or French, depending on the attendees list.
