The is dedicated to everyone who likes the idea of exercising with the music, dancing and learning a bit of ballet. Find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning as well as mind & body connection. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results. A great class for those that are just starting with ballet, or those who are conscious about using their body precisely and targeting correct muscle groups in order to achieve greater results. The class is structured as a unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivation. Open to all levels. Inspired by the "All You Can Eat" principle, you can create as much as you like within your booked time. What can you create? During the summer holidays, you'll have a wide range of creative activities to choose from. You can focus on one technique or try several. Manga Drawing (1.5 hrs) \*starts at 1:00 pm\* Learn step-by-step how to draw manga characters. You'll learn the basics of manga faces, eyes, and proportions, and you can create your own character. Pottery (2 hrs) Shape a small bowl, mini vase, or figurine with your hands! I'll show you how! Acrylic Painting (2 hrs) Paint your own picture with acrylic paints on canvas. Whether it's cute animals, food illustrations, or summer scenes – let your imagination run wild! Coloring (0.5 hrs) Perfect for relaxing between other projects. All genres, formats, and styles of creative writing welcome, noting that the focus will be on discussing English-language fiction (or creative non-fiction). All abilities are welcome, from those just starting out to those who have already made progress in their writing, from hobbyists to professionals. 1.
