This class features techniques from both Greco Roman and Freestyle Wrestling that will be inclusive to everyone despite their levels of training. **For ages 18 and above.** These classes are for high beginners, with or without castanets. Feel elegant, graceful, gain body awareness and flow to lyrical music. You’ll be gaining body awareness and refining your body lines, while enjoying your expression to music. Students can choose to learn with or without castanets (castanets are provided for newcomers). Dance is an art and a discipline. **For ages 17 and above.** There are two types of waltzes that are performed in most ballrooms - the Slow Waltz and the Viennese Waltz. The classical Viennese Waltz is a quick ballroom dance that involves the dancers swirling around the whole dance floor, seemingly without touching the ground. The slightly easier Slow Waltz is a favourite dance among beginners and social dancers. These Beginner's classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) are perfect for those new to the art and those with some prior experience.
