Puppy yoga is a safe and fun space that aids with our puppies socialisation. When you cuddle a puppy, it has psychological benefits, increasing the happy hormones: oxytocin and serotonin to the brain and lowering cortisol levels (the negative hormone) similar to when you embrace a new-born baby for the first time. This in turn with the yoga, will leave you feeling physically , mentally and emotional balanced and fulfillled. For health and safety reasons an Adult must attend and supervise the child.
