Aprendoci a questa primavera, l’Accademia Bjj accoglie con l’occasione della Pasqua per una speciale lezione di Yoga Vinyasa con Valentina. In questa pratica attraverseremo un viaggio: partiremo da movimenti lenti e profondi, per ascoltare ciò che dentro di noi è ancora nascosto, e costruiremo gradualmente energia, forza e apertura, fino a lasciare emergere qualcosa di nuovo. La lezione è adatta a sia a principianti sia a chi ha già un minimo di dimestichezza con lo yoga e vuole vivere una pratica più consapevole, fisica ed energetica allo stesso tempo. A fine pratica ci sara una merenda yogica, per condividere e integrare insieme l'esperienza. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude.
