Yin Yoga Nidra
Unwind & relax with an amazing combination of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
**Yin Yoga** encourages flexibility and mobility and is suitable for ALL levels. It’s a passive but deep practice with long-held and gentle stretches of the connective tissue. Yin Yoga opens the body on a deeper level . It also prepares you for ultimate deep relaxation.
**Yoga Nidra** means *yogic sleep*. This practice invites you to stay awake and alert while in Savasana. In this state we strengthen our intuition coming from the unconscious mind. As the mind becomes withdrawn and one-pointed, consciousness is maintained. The physical, mental and emotional relaxation creates space for insights and healing. The only thing you need to do is to listen to the instructions during the whole practice without falling asleep 😊.
In the Raja Yoga Sutras (1:38), Rishi Patanjali states: *"SvapnaNidrajnanalambanam va”* meaning “The mind can be made steady by giving it knowledge of dream and sleep for support.”
Each session will enhance a specific topic.

In **2026**, the overarching theme of our practice will be **connection to the true, timeless Self** — a space beyond roles, stories, and change, where we can directly experience our infinite being through embodied practice.
These Kundalini Yoga classes offer a space to explore this connection through **movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound**. The practice gently guides us from the thinking mind into a deeper state of presence, supporting clarity, grounding, and inner alignment.
A gong is carefully selected from a wide collection to accompany each class, supporting the nervous system and creating a spacious field for integration, rest, and transformation.

In PRANIC HEALING® Level 1, you learn the basics of working with your energy aura, including learning to "scan," or feel the energy, to "sweep," or clean away congested energy, and to "energize," or supplement areas in your aura that have a pranic deficiency.

The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience.
And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree.
In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again.
