I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich. Designed to strengthen, release and stretch muscle tensions, conditioning your body by increasing your range of motion and flexibility as well as overcoming back pain; improving your posture and circulation so you can exercise more efficiently, whilst keeping your body injury free. The class is structured as a workout & stretch combination. Open to all levels. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session. Das wesentliche Merkmal des kubanischen Stils sind die Drehungen des Tanzpaares um einen gemeinsamen Mittelpunkt und das Kernstück des Salsa Cubana, die Rueda de Casino. Der Name Rueda rührt daher, dass alle beteiligten Paare einen Kreis bilden, wobei sie jeweils synchron die gleichen Figuren tanzen. Bedingt durch Partnerwechsel, die jeweils zu den getanzten Figuren gehören, dreht sich die Rueda bzw. das Rad. Der Kurs für blutige Anfänger oder für Leute, die sich mit den Basic-Elementen noch unsicher fühlen.

The topic for April is "Water" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm.
