**Shamanic Ceremony**
The Shamanic Ceremony typically begins with setting a sacred space, participants will be invited to sit comfortably while the facilitator introduces the steps of the Ceremony, explaining the different elements while serving Blue Lotus tea.
Through the harmonious blend of the tea, the ancestral rhythm of the drum, and sacred tobacco, this ceremony provides a safe space for releasing old patterns and setting intentions for the new year
**Why Join:**
* Intention Setting: Participants are encouraged to set personal intentions for the ceremony, focusing on areas of life where healing or guidance is desired.
* The Blue Lotus Tea will be offered to facilitate a hypnotic experience.
* Invocation of Spirits: The facilitator will call upon spiritual guides, ancestors, or the elements to support and protect the space.
* Sacred Tobacco Ritual: In this part of the ceremony, sacred tobacco will be offered through Shamanic Snuff

Her name is NoemaKali (Italy, 1978), and she is a Yoga Teacher, Healer, Spiritualist, and Educator. She offers alternative esoteric services and ceremonies. She has more than 26 years of experience, studies, and initiations, having studied in India, Nepal, and Europe. She is a performance artist who focuses on archetypes and communication throughout visual art (she is, in fact, specialized in Sociology of Art and Literature, Visual Anthropology, and Semiotics).
10K Three Parks Run - Come for the Run, Stay for the Goats!
\*\*The run with the highest goat count in Berlin!!\*\*
Join us for a run this Saturday! Whether minus temperatures, snow, rain or shine - we run! Enjoy the virtually traffic free route, and take time out to commune with the goats and lop-eared rabbits at two mini zoos we pass on the way. Your weekend is guaranteed to start right!
Stretch your legs on Saturday morning with the three parks run in the north of Berlin. We meet on Brunnenstraße across the street from Gesundbrunnen Bhf at the edge of Volkspark Humboldthain, see the map pin!
From there we run towards Mauerpark, then towards Pankow along the Mauerweg. Then through Bürgerpark Pankow and back along the Panke towards Volkspark Humboldthain. The route takes about an hour, depending on our pace
Highlights:

We have some options to do and usually do some altitude, i.e. stairs, in the Humboldthain park and "hill" in Mauerpark! :)
We have a few variations of the route that we sometimes do to keep things interesting, they add up to the same distance.
Our pace is typically \~5.45 min/km, but we'll wait for everyone!

Lachend, spielend, tanzend, singend und bewusst tief atmend - auch bei Frost und Schnee - stärkst Du gleichzeitig Deine körperliche und mentale Gesundheit und Fitness sowie Dein Immunsystem! So beugst Du Krankheiten vor.
Dafür gibt es auch eine spezielle Übung: das vorbeugende Lachen.
Du verbindest Dich lachend mit den anderen Teilnehmer\*innen.
Du aktivierst eine Menge Glückshormone. So stärkst Du Deine Resilienz und kannst gelassener, fröhlicher und unbeschwerter in die neue Woche gehen.

sagt ein indisches Sprichwort. Es ist also Atemtherapie pur.
Wo kannst du besser Sauerstoff aufnehmen als an frischer Luft? Auf dem Tempelhofer Feld lachen wir seit 2010 bei jedem Wetter, außer bei einer Unwetterwarnung.
Lachyoga kennt keine Altersgrenze, im Gegenteil, es hält jung und verbindet "jung und alt" super miteinander!!!

**General Notes:**
Participants with past no-shows or unexplained cancellations on the event day will be deprioritized, and only confirmed RSVP may join the hike. Regular group members as well as hikers who show genuine intent could be given priority on the waiting list.
We will take brief breaks for refreshments, but don't plan for coffee stops. Please bring your water, snacks, mosquito repellent, and dress suitably for the day's weather.

Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.

We'll get in around 4 miles at Three Creeks Metro Parks, primarily natural trails. 17-18 minute miles, no one left behind, and faster walkers are free to lead out.
