Join me every Tuesday for a grounding and accessible Yin Yoga practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and bring more balance into your week. We will also have some time to exchange experiences.
This is not only a yoga class, but a space to connect with others in a mindful way.
However Yin Yoga classes are an invitation to slow down in a world that never seems to stop.
If your days are filled with deadlines, responsibilities, constant notifications, and a mind that struggles to switch off, this practice offers something many of us are missing: space.
Through long-held postures, mindful breathing, and moments of stillness, Yin Yoga helps you move out of "doing" mode and reconnect with yourself.
Each class is designed to support you in:
