Join me every Thursday for a grounding and accessible Hatha Yoga practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and bring more balance into your week.
These classes combine mindful movement, breath awareness, and traditional Hatha Yoga postures to support both physical and mental well-being.
In a world that often keeps us constantly stimulated and disconnected from ourselves, this practice is an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to presence.
Each session focuses on:
• Building strength and mobility with awareness
• Releasing physical tension and mental stress
• Improving breath and concentration
• Supporting nervous system regulation
• Creating more calm, balance, and connection within yourself
This class is open to all levels, whether you are completely new to yoga or already have an existing practice.
You do not need to be flexible or experienced — only willing to slow down and show up for yourself.
