Shop Tool Basics

Freeside is chock full of tools that you can use to build almost anything. With these great tools comes great responsibility, so this class is meant to teach individuals who are new to woodworking how to properly operate the equipment, and also to serve as check-off for all new members (even experienced ones) who plan to use the shop.

Required attire:

• Closed-toed boots/shoes
• Long sleeves or tee shirt
• Safety eyewear (provided by Freeside)
