In our class, we focus on creating the perfect dough, shaping the biscotti, and sealing them so they bake beautifully while keeping their delicious chocolate-hazelnut filling inside.

Les cantucci fourrés au Nutella sont une version gourmande et originale d’une douceur italienne très appréciée. Dorés et légèrement croustillants à l’extérieur, ils cachent un cœur fondant et généreux au Nutella qui les rend irrésistibles. Pendant l’atelier, nous nous concentrons sur la préparation de la pâte, le façonnage des biscuits et les gestes pour bien les refermer afin qu’ils cuisent joliment tout en gardant leur délicieux cœur chocolat-noisette.
