Paste da latte are soft, delicate Italian milk rolls, loved for their light texture, gentle sweetness, and comforting homemade feel.
In this class, we’ll focus on the techniques that make them so special—creating a smooth, elastic dough, working with the right balance of milk and butter, and shaping the rolls so they bake up soft, fluffy, and beautifully golden. Expect little breads that are tender, fragrant, and perfect for breakfast or an afternoon treat, plus plenty of tips to recreate them at home with confidence.

Les paste da latte sont de petites brioches italiennes au lait, appréciées pour leur texture légère, leur douceur délicate et leur côté très réconfortant.
Pendant l’atelier, nous nous concentrerons sur les gestes qui font toute la différence : préparer une pâte lisse et souple, trouver le bon équilibre entre lait et beurre, et façonner les petits pains pour qu’ils soient moelleux, aériens et joliment dorés à la cuisson.
