Dinner After Downton: KHAAB INDIA Immediately Following the Show!

For Dinner after Downton, we’ll make a long overdue trip to KHAAB INDIA for a bite to eat after the show! Seating is limited so a separate event listing has been created for the dinner portion of this event. Please RSVP here if you plan to join us for dinner after the show, where we’ll have a section reserved for the group.

KHAAB INDIAN KITCHEN & BAR: The restaurant provides an upscale experience that matches the excellence of the food. The elegant dining room is designed with contemporary style and the added touches of Punjabi royalty. Guests will also enjoy an innovative cocktail menu and a fine selection of bourbon and whiskey at the bar.

WHAT TO ORDER: For those new to the cuisine, you can play it safe with Butter Chicken, Tikka Masala, one of the Biryani dishes. My palate is as unsophisticated as it gets and have found several favorites including the vegetarian Malai Kofta or Matar Paneer with one of their delicious side breads. While many picture spicy food, you can order yours totally not-spicy-at-all (which is how I order mine)! There are also plenty of vegan options, an extensive bar menu, and according to their website, a “memorable experience, with excellent food and drinks served in a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere!”

LOCATION & PLAN: Khaab Indian Kitchen & Bar is located at 2400 E. Main Street in Bexley, walking distance from the theater and a few blocks to the LEFT as you exit the theater. Whether you walk or drive, we’ll all head down together immediately following the show!
