Event Description: Running is one of the fastest ways to get fit and improve cardiovascular fitness. But, it is important to have proper form to progress and avoid injuries.
We will learn the proper technique for running and complete a beginner walk/run followed by light drills and some stretching. We will then have a short discussion on various topics on fitness and health.
