Chi siamo

We focus on ancient yogic practices taught by Rishis and Sages in the ashram and Gurukul system. Emphasis is to make the yogic practices as lifestyle. Classes are helpful for all levels of yoga aspirants (beginners to advanced practitioners).

Classes will have Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara (Relaxation Practices like Yoga Nidra, Ajapajapa, Antarmauna, etc.), and basics of guided meditational practices based on ancient yogic and tantric teachings. Special attention for people having health issues.

Our Yoga Practices sessions are always FREE.
