Start your Sunday by slowing down and tuning in. This relaxing, feel-good yoga class invites you to let go of performance, soften the body, and reconnect with yourself through gentle, conscious movement. Expect a nourishing practice focused on stretching, mobility, and ease, perfect for easing into the day with clarity and calm.
Open and accessible to all levels, this class offers a welcoming space to move at your own pace and enjoy the supportive, contemplative atmosphere of the Shambhala Meditation Center.

Led by Flor, a certified yoga teacher originally from Uruguay and raised in Switzerland, the class is informed by her travels and studies throughout Europe, India, and Southeast Asia. Flor’s approach sees yoga as a practice of listening—both inwardly and to the world around us. She specializes in softer styles of yoga, drawing from the meditative stillness of Yin and the grounding balance of Hatha yoga.

Come as you are and leave feeling relaxed, open, and refreshed.
This is a drop-in session. No previous attendance, registration, or fee is required to attend. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Suggested donation range 300 - 500 Baht. The Bangkok Shambhala Center (which is a Thai non-profit Association) remains open because of the ongoing generosity of our members and program participants.
