Restorative yoga is a calming practice focused on relaxation and stress relief. A typical class features supported postures held for extended periods using props like blankets and bolsters. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, and blocks if you have them. Chairs will be provided for those who cannot do mat work.

Carolyn Kendrick is a resident of Doylestown and has been a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) since 2011. She became a Reiki Practitioner in 2012 and is also a Holistic Health Coach. Carolyn is the founder of The Wellnourished Soul, where she offers customized programs designed to meet the unique health and life goals of each client.
