As an NCEP and Strong Nation Personal Trainer and as an ACE Group Exercise Instructor offering Strong Nation and Les Mills Grit and Body Pump certification and experience, I will coach you through the fitness routines to achieve your goals! This first online session will allow us to meet, workout, and plan for your first online January sessions.
