Pop-Up SUNRISE BEACH YOGA with Jessica Om

They don't happen often... And this might be the last one for winter season, so don't miss the opportunity to join me (Jessica Om) this Tuesday morning for some sacred SUNRISE time... We engage in conscious breath & balanced movement together to awaken, create space, and cultivate inner/outer strength & harmony to start the day off in alignment! See you on the sand-- > We will meet at 6:30am @ the very North end of Delray Beach where the hobie cats are- (Just north of Laing Street- North of Atlantic Ave. *Note that this is a different location than our sunset classes.) Also note that sunrise is at 7am so it will be dark when we arrive. We'll probably start closer to 6:45am, so if you arrive early I encourage some silent meditation.
If you have any questions- please text 561-789-2205. Parking is on the street. Look for the hobie cats (sailboats) on the sand. Wear or bring a swimsuit if you wanna enjoy the ocean after! :)
