Sunset Meditation on the beach

Atlantic Dunes Park

In this meetup we will BREATHE, RELAX, BECOME QUIET, and..... Beginning in February we will gather every first Thursday of each month, just before sunset. (Check individual meetups for time.) If weather does not work out for the scheduled day, we may reschedule or potentially move to an indoor location. This day each month can be for you to have a system reset. A time to clear and get clear. To disconnect and re-connect. To center... and set the tone for the rest of the month. Like our technology needs to be turned off once in awhile to function optimally, our body/mind and nervous system is the same. We NEED breaks.... especially from our selves :) The mind is busy... But we don't have to be. Yogic tools and techniques for optimal breath and energy management will be shared and practiced. Various other meditation techniques and practices may be guided and shared. We will start with some small gentle movement to be able to sit comfortably. Please feel free to bring any props or meditation cushions if needed or desired. This group is for ALL levels, as always a beginners mind encouraged. There are no levels in meditation. There is only meditation. Jessica Om, director and lead teacher of Delray Beach's Sunset Beach Yoga meetup will be the guide. There will be spaces of teaching, and guided instruction, spaces of silence, and spaces for optional sharing. This is an open space for all who feel called to bringing in more peace, love, and presence into their lives, or anyone who feels like they have an abundance and would like to share their energy with the group by simply BEing present. Remember, our Presence IS the great gift. Looking forward to BrEathing together ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is NO SET FEE for this meetup though a *donation is very much appreciated. If special experiences are planned or guest presenters are invited to be a part of a particular evening, a minimum donation may be requested. Check the meetup on the day scheduled for any updates or changes to details.
