Adimurai in general refers to the sport of using techniques derived from Indian and Tamil martial-arts. It uses kicks and boxing-mannered punches to defeat an opponent in ways that are analogous to standard present-day boxing. At Shunfu Food Centre, we will savour the old-school flavours that many seniors from Blk 170 Toa Payoh still remember and long for — simple dishes that carry memories of kampung days, hard work, and a lifetime of stories. Through Pack2Treat, these meals become more than food. They become a small gesture of love for 80 elderly residents, while also supporting the hardworking older hawkers who keep these traditional tastes alive. This walk also celebrates the generous spirit of the Live Share & Care community, whose quiet acts of giving make these meals possible.
