Ciao! Para **este lunes festivo** volvemos a pasear por el **antiguo** **camino agrario que une Mataró a Sant Andreu de Llavaneres**. Un itinerario fácil y sin dificultad técnica que nos llevará, sin prisas, a cruzar una tranquila zona agrícola con vista al mar. Haremos una **parada en la playa de Sant Andreu de Llavaneres** para descansar, disfrutar del mar y, para l@s mas temerari@s , darnos un baño 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️. Después retomaremos el camino siguiendo el **paseo marítimo** hasta **Caldes d’Estrac**, para hacer el picnic en la playa y, con quien le apetezca, daremos un **último paseo por el pueblo**, con tiempo para tomar un café, antes de **coger el tren de vuelta**. No olvides traer algo para hacer **picnic mirando al mar** 😎 🧺 (bocadillo, agua o lo que prefieras) y protección para el sol (gorra, crema, agua, para beber, etc.) . Yo, como siempre, **traeré** algunas **sorpresas gastronómicas para compartir y deleitar el encuentro**.👨🏻‍🍳 Itinerarios Curiosos es una experiencia de **paseo consciente** ( mindful walking) : paseos para improvisar, para dejarse llevar por la creatividad, la aventura; romper con la rutina diaria para redescubrir la lentitud, estimular la curiosidad, aprender de lo que nos rodea y llenar los ojos y también los otros **sentidos** de **nuevas experiencias**. ¿ Eres curios@ ? Make friends and play games! The evening begins at 19:45 where participants will meet, sign in, and grab a beverage. At 20:00, we will have a focused, 1-hour workshop on one aspect of improvisation (e.g. characters, cooperation, physicality). We'll then have a short break followed by an improv jam at 21:15. No experience is necessary to play in the jam and it's okay to just watch. Don't mind the attendance numbers. Our regular attendees just show up and don't RSVP here. Usual attendance is 8-10 for the workshop and 10-15 for the jam. Come for the workshop or the jam, all are welcome on this island of misfit toys. Both events are donation based.

El próximo **7 de abril** nos volvemos a encontrar para una **meditación activa**. Quedamos a las **19h** (la puerta se abre 10 minutos antes para poder llegar y acomodarnos con calma). En un momento del año que invita al movimiento y a los nuevos comienzos, creamos este espacio para **soltar, respirar y volver al cuerpo**… sin exigencias, sin expectativas. Un espacio para simplemente estar, sentir y dejar que la energía se ordene. ¿Qué es una Meditación Activa? A diferencia de la meditación tradicional sentada, comenzamos moviendo el cuerpo. A través del **movimiento consciente** liberamos tensiones acumuladas, desbloqueamos energía estancada y calmamos la mente… para que **el silencio llegue de forma natural**.
