Cada setmana fem una sessió diferent aprofitant el moment lunar en el qual ens trobem, per exemple lluna plena: agraïment, lluna minvant: deixar anar... El pes central de la sessió està en la pràctica de ioga, però també fem una meditació profunda d'uns 10 min mínim i una conclusió de la sessió expressada a través de l'escriptura terapèutica o de l'expressió artística. Volvemos a la carga con mucho teatro y más ganas que nunca de poder compartir este maravilloso arte con vosotros. Teatro en estado puro al alcance de todos! Este curso pretende facilitar el descubrimiento y la ejercitación de los hábitos creadores del actor en el alumnado. Haremos un repaso de todo lo aprendido (técnicas de formación del actor, cuerpo, voz, paleta emotiva, improvisaciones, desbloqueos…) para entrar a fondo en un trabajo de escenas cinematográficas y teatrales. Los alumnos aprenderán, mediante la práctica, a trabajar una secuencia cinematográfica y una escena teatral, se enfrentaran a retos de creación de personajes y escenas, en función de la necesidad de superación de cada alumno. Se les otorgará personajes y situaciones más conflictivas, siempre enfocándonos a la mejora y superación del trabajo interpretativo del alumno. Se trabajará a fondo el análisis de personajes y textos de distintos géneros, para finalmente presentar las escenas. Se incidirá más en el trabajo individual y grupal para mejorar las capacidades actorales. Todo esto intercalado, con clases prácticas y de formación actoral, para poder ir aplicando lo aprendido en las escenas y profundizar en un trabajo más completo. Para este grupo es necesario una experiencia mínima en teatro.
