¡Bienvenid@ a la Matinal de pádel del LUNES de PASCUA! Toda la mañana jugando a pádel, partidos nivelados con descansos. A diferencia del formato pozo, nosotros organizamos los partidos según tu nivel. Las parejas irán rotando, pero si quieres puedes venir con un acompañante y jugar todos los partidos con pareja fija. Nivel **iniciación** (0,5 - 1), **medio-bajo** (1,5 - 2), **medio** (2,5 - 3) y **medio-alto** (3,5 - 4). **TODOS LOS PARTIDOS SE JUGARÁN AL MEJOR DE 7 JUEGOS (es decir, el primero que llegue a 4 juegos gana y finaliza el partido).** Al acabar el partido sube al punto de encuentro para recibir instrucciones del organizador. **Horario: VIERNES de 10:00h a 14:00h**. Hello hello! I am Jelena, from [www.photosbyjelenka.com](www.photosbyjelenka.com) and I am hosting one of my **dream workshops: Portraits in Water** — a creative session dedicated to capturing stunning, ethereal portraits using nothing more than a **simple bathtub, water, and a bit of imagination**. During the workshop, I will guide you through my personal process of creating **dreamlike water portraits**. You’ll learn how a small setup can produce powerful images as we gradually transform the scene around our model. Throughout the class we will experiment with different visual elements, including: * floating flowers and leaves * colored water dyes or milk to change the mood and palette * bubbly foam to create soft, surreal textures This technique is very close to my heart. I created an entire **bathtub portrait series** years ago, and one of the photographs from that series even **won a photography competition.** Some of those images are included in this event for inspiration. We will demystify the differences between OLTP and OLAP, walk through star schema vs snowflake (and why Power BI has a clear favorite), and show you the compression differences between normalized and columnar storage that will make you never look at an OLTP model the same way again. We will cover the different types of dimensions, when to use them, and how to handle Slowly Changing Dimensions without losing your mind. **The Data-Driven Brand: Using Analytics to Shape Perception** Can you use analytics to improve tacos? This being CBUSDAW, we think the answer is probably “yes”, but we’re not sure how to implement or test this theory. For our April meetup we’ve got Sara Kear, CMO of Condado Tacos, to investigate this delicious question. Sara will explore how she blends quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback to shape brand positioning and drive business decisions. We all know that marketing and analytics go way beyond attribution. Sara will show how Condado uses customer insights to inform product and pricing strategy. She’ll also highlight how Condado leverages customer feedback at scale to influence operational priorities, positioning marketing as the voice of the customer across the organization.
