Wonko's is having open gaming on Thursday nights 6:30 til 11. You pay Wonko's 5 dollars to play. Many more people show up than sign up for the meetup.

We play a wide variety of Euro-style board games, including anything new that's out there plus usual favorites. Bring your favorite game! Someone will most likely want to try it. Game Kastle has snacks and drinks, plus there is a Subway, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Wing Street and Wanfu in the shopping center. Sorry, no alcohol allowed in the store. There are usually 10+ folks playing games, regardless of the number that sign up. If you show up after 1pm, you may have to wait.

Join G3 for a relaxed casual evening of pool, conversation, and good company at Fast Eddie's! Whether you're a pool shark, a complete beginner, or just looking for a fun night out with fellow gamers and geeks, you're welcome to join us. We'll be hanging out, shooting some pool, meeting new people, and enjoying a casual social night away from our usual gaming tables. No experience is necessary, and you don't need to bring anything except a friendly attitude. Feel free to come alone or bring a friend. Many of our regular attendees first met the group through events just like this one. This event is perfect for: * Members of the gaming community looking to meet people in person * Board gamers, video gamers, RPG players, and hobby enthusiasts * New members interested in getting to know G3 in a casual setting * Anyone looking for a welcoming and inclusive social event Drop in when you can, stay as long as you'd like, and help us bring back one of G3's favorite social traditions. Think: * **Yarn & Thread:** Knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross-stitch, hand-sewing, mending. * **Paper & Sketching:** Sketchbooks, adult coloring books, watercolors, bullet journaling. * **Digital:** Tablets, iPad drawing, laptop writing/design. * *Please note: Because we are meeting in a shared public space, no power tools, sewing machines, or high-odor materials (like strong solvents or spray glues), please!* **📍 Where to Find Us** * We will be meeting at **Columbus Metropolitan Library - Parsons Avenue Branch** in **Meeting Room 1**. This week is national unplayed games week, so we encourage you to break out those shrink-wrapped games you bought on a whim but haven't had a chance to try yet. Do your best to learn the game ahead of time to facilitate the process! let's get those dusty ones to the table! The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~20 per person. Soft drink refills are 1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. Thank you for your continued commitment to providing a fun and welcoming space to veteran, newbie, and rookie gamers in the Columbus area. Parking can sometimes fill esrly. There is additional parking lot behind the neighboring Mexican restaurant that is free and easy to walk from but it's a bit hidden.
