Across two immersive hours, you’ll be carried by singing bowls, ethereal voice, gongs, hand pans, and textured soundscapes that soften the body and open the inner world. The layering of sound supports deep rest, emotional unwinding, and a sense of inner spaciousness.

Many participants naturally shift into the restorative theta brainwave state during these sessions — a range associated with intuition, creativity, and subtle emotional integration. In this receptive state, insights often arise gently, like whispers from within.

Each guest rests on their own comfy bed. Arrive between 6:45–7pm to choose your favourite spot.
