Weiler-la-Tour Foodtruck Festival (10-13km)

Hello Friends!

Another "religious" event takes place this weekend: A food truck festival in Weiler-la-Tour!

Thanks for the anonymous tip (guess who ;)

There is a short local trail that I extended based on what several maps showed me as available; let's see whether the paths exist or whether we get lost and will live in the forest forever :)

Depending on the time and our speed, we can use or skip 3 possible extensions to make sure that we arrive at the food truck festival right on time.
Around halfway, we will do a short munch-break, no real lunch-break, because the food comes in the end from the trucks :)
The hike will end at the elementary school, where the food trucks will wait for us.

Meeting Point:
We will meet near the bus stop "Pekebierg", in Weiler.

We will start right after the bus arrives.

Public Transport:
You can take Bus 424 from "Gare Centrale Routiere" (in front of the central train station), leaving at 9:30 towards Waldbredimus.
The bus will arrive in Weiler at 9:48, we will start the hike right after that.

There should be parking available along the main street or along "Rue des Roses", but please calculate 5 minutes extra!

Please note:
It's tick season, be careful, use some repelling product, and check yourself after the hike.
Last time someone reported 3 ticks alone on one person!

As usual: The hike is at your own risk, and please take enough water for yourself.
