Burnout prevention and recovery can be gently supported by slowing down, reconnecting, and enjoying the outdoors together.
On Friday, April 24th, at 2:55 pm, we’ll meet in front of De Boswinkel and go for a walk in the Amsterdamse Bos. With some sun expected, it’s a great chance to get outside and have a relaxed conversation, share experiences, and keep each other company in our healing journey. 🌞
The host of the event is Alba, community member & volunteer.
✨ Good to know
- The event lasts 3 hours, including a walk and picnic; we’ll return to the starting point by 6 pm
- Bring anything you’d like for the picnic (blanket, snacks, drinks, board games, etc.)
- Expect a slow-paced, calm, and mindful afternoon
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes

- If you need to cancel within 24 hours before the event, reach out to me directly. After two late cancellations or no-shows without notice, or if you don’t show up to your first event, you’ll be removed from the community. 💔
- Arrive on time (a few minutes early is ideal). ⏰
- For casual events: stay as long or as little as you like, just let us know. For workshops: stay for the entire session. 🌿
- Be fully present and keep your phones tucked away. 📵
- You don’t need to be on burnout leave to join, but this is a community centered around burnout prevention and recovery. 🌸
- Be kind and respectful; any harmful or unsafe behavior will lead to being asked to leave and removed from the community. đźš«
