Cogoleto is simply a place to enjoy: a seaside village on the Western Ligurian Riviera, where crystal‑clear water, warm focaccia, and the scent of basil fill the air.
In the historic center, you’ll find the presumed birthplace of Christopher Columbus.

PROGRAM
110:15 Meeting point: Bagni Lido Cogoleto, Lungomare Santa Maria, 16016 Cogoleto (GE)
10:30 Walk along the seafront
11:00 Beach break, free time, and lunch (packed lunch or at local venues)

Difficulty: Easy – About 30 minutes and roughly 1.5 km per leg, mostly flat. No special equipment or clothing required.
Always bring some “hunger‑stopper” food and water. Beach towel and swimsuit recommended.

Up there at 1,600 meters, in the heart of Alpe Mota, just below Passo del Gandazzo, stands the spectacular and panoramic Rifugio Buzzoni.
A true “must” among Lombardy’s hiking destinations.

11:00 AM – Meet at Rifugio Trifoglio, Località Ceresola, 24010 Valtorta (BG)
11:15 AM – Departure for Rifugio Buzzoni
Approximately 12:45 PM – Arrival, free time, and lunch (packed lunch or at the refuge)
3:00 / 3:30 PM – Return

Medium Level – Approximately 1.5 hours and 3 km of walking each way, 320 meters of elevation gain. No special equipment or clothing is required. Trekking shoes are recommended. Always bring food and water for snacks.

Walking with the sea beside you is always wonderful.
We’ll do it along the beautiful E. Montale promenade, which connects Varazze to Celle Ligure.
A path reserved for pedestrians and cyclists, bordered on one side by Mediterranean scrub and on the other by rocky cliffs overlooking the sea.

Lungo la cresta Ovest del Monte Legnone spunta una piccola elevazione di 1715 metri che prende il nome di Monte Legnoncino.
Una vetta capace di offrire agli escursionisti una piacevole e tranquilla passeggiata con panorami che lasciano letteralmente “a bocca aperta”. La sua conformazione, praticamente a picco sul lago di Como, crea di fatto un vero e proprio balcone naturale che garantisce un panorama che non ha nulla da invidiare a quello offerto dal vicino “fratello maggiore” Legnone.

Ore 11.00 Partenza per percorso
Ore 12.45 circa arrivo al alla vetta del Legnoncino, tempo libero e Pranzo (al sacco o organizzandosi in maniera autonoma presso Strutture del posto)
Ore 15 circa rientro

Livello Medio – 4 km e 1.40 h circa di camminata a tratta, 470 mt di dislivello, non necessita di attrezzature o abbigliamento particolari, portarsi sempre cibo e acqua “tappafame”, scarpe trekking.

N.B.1 La località di partenza della camminata viene raggiunta autonomamente (auto, bus, treno ecc.) o in car pooling mettendosi d’accordo con gli altri partecipanti nel gruppo chiuso Facebook e/o Telegram riservato agli associati (richiedi l’accesso appena in possesso della tessera associativa).
