Presenter Bio:
Nicolas Perret is a 3dRudder Senior Principal Software Engineer, futurologist and innovator. He started his career in the video game business over two decades ago and worked with several video game companies before joining Delphine Software in 1995. Perret worked on all major titles developed by Delphine Software, including Fade To Black and the Moto Racer series, which sold more than 7 million units worldwide. When Delphine Software closed its doors in July 2004, Perret obtained the rights of the game user interface (UI) creation tool that was developed by his team at the company. This tool, upgraded and polished, was the key product of Omegame, the company Perret set up in April, 2005. The company sold Menus Master, a software / middleware / SDK for video game and mobile game design and integration of 2D and 3D User interface for games and smart phones. He was Associate Managing Director and Chief Software Architect for Omegame and is now Principal Senior Software Engineer at 3dRudder in charge of all the software of current and future products.

Accessibility Details:
Mozilla Hubs holds weekly office hours that can be used to practice and gain an understanding of how to interact in Mozilla Hubs.
We will have captions provided by Mirabai Knight of White Coat Captioning and have the real time text translation displayed in Hubs.
We will have video streaming of the event to YouTube via a partnership with the Internet Society Accessibility SIG (a11ySIG).
If you are unable to join via Hubs, we encourage you to watch the stream on YouTube and ask questions. As we begin meeting regularly each month we will capture feedback on ways we can be more accessible and inclusive in virtual reality and start incorporating them into a set of Best Practices.
