Taught by 94-year-old Miyo-sensei, who grew up in Nagano, with English & French-speaking assistant.

We use seasonal vegetables and fermented seasonings like miso and soy sauce. No additives or preservatives—100% homemade and vegan. - Discover Traditional Japanese Cooking
OYAKI has a long history and is a local specialty of Nagano. You’ll learn authentic methods passed down through generations. - 6 types of oyaki
We make the dumpling with ingredients such as carrot, burdock root (gobo), eggplant, daikon radish, fried tofu, and sweet red beans (azuki). - Basic sauces making with soy sauce, miso, vinegar...
- Recipes provided in English and Japanese.
