If you’ve never joined one of our meetups before, this is the perfect opportunity to start!
We’ve organised a scenic and easy walk (approx. 9 km) around Raheny, Bull Island, and St. Anne’s Park, it’s a beautiful route you won’t want to miss. 🚶♀️🌿
📍 Schedule
We’ll meet at the Abbey Street Lower bus stop (near the Silver Penny Wetherspoon) on Saturday 11th April at 9:45am.
(Please remember to bring your Leap Card.)
We’ll wait about 15 minutes for everyone, then take one of the buses (6, H1, H2, or H3) to Raheny.
From there, we’ll walk to Bull Island and make our way to the tip — a favourite spot for seals enjoying the sunshine!
There will be plenty of stops along the way, so you’ll have lots of chances to relax and take photos. 📸
The walk is very easy, but please wear comfortable shoes and bring water. 👟💧
On the way back, we’ll pass through St. Anne’s Park, where you can explore the Saturday Farmers Market and its great selection of food stalls. 🍲
We expect to return to the city around 2:30pm, just in time for our usual coffee meetup. ☕
