Let' s visit this beautiful garden and go through the Fushimi traditional sake brewery area with beautiful pure water stream while talking with world travelers!

The water in this aera has been believed miraculous water Gokosui, fragrant water in literally.
This is why the shrine here named Gokonomiya Shrine and this area named Fushimi, laid water in literally.
This water made this place one of the best known sake brewing locations in all of Japan - the other two are Nada in Hyogo and Saijo in Hiroshima Prefecture. Of course this fits for Kyoto dishes

この地の神社が御香宮と呼ばれるのは、霊験あらたかな香り高い水が湧き出したから。そして伏見の地名も文字通り、豊かな湧き水に由来します。この水が伏見を日本の三大酒どころにしており、もちろん京料理にもぴったりです。（他の二つは兵庫県の灘、広島県の西条です。）
