Navigating life is a lot like driving a car. When we lose control of that wheel, we risk "crashing" into unnecessary troubles. This workshop is designed to help you have a firm grip and take control of that wheel, so you can drive safely and peacefully in this journey called life.
Together, we will practice finding clarity and make meaningful progress in our daily lives.

Our Workshop Will Include:

  • A Calming Start: We will open by reciting a prayer together to center our energy, calm the space, and focus our minds.
  • Taking the Wheel: A brief introduction to self-reflection, using the driving analogy to understand how mastering our minds prevents daily "crashes."
  • The Blank Slate: We will practice a few minutes of quiet time. Let go of your trivial thoughts and experience the profound relief of an empty mind.
  • Contemplation Practice: We will finish with a session focusing on three key principles from the Eightfold Path—Right Seeing, Right Speech, and Right Thought—giving you practical tools to maintain your peace.
