The venue is located in Hilton Plaza West. Please be careful not to mistake it for Hilton Plaza East or the neighboring Herbis building.

• Just a heads-up: most participants will be teenagers or in their early twenties.
• If you need to cancel, please withdraw your registration or contact staff at least one day in advance.
• Photos may be taken during the event for SNS. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to appear.
• The event may be canceled due to weather conditions. If so, an announcement will be posted on MeetUp 3 hours before the start.
• The ratio of international participants cannot be guaranteed. Please understand that there may be tables with only Japanese participants.
