Let's watch Yodogawa Fireworks Festival together!
We welcome all friendly people who can have fun with good manners!
We will gather early to avoid the crowds and watch from a little distance.
（Usually held in August, this year it will be held on October 18 due to the Osaka Expo.)

【Itinerary】
17:45 Gather in front of Higashi Yodogawa Kunijima Post Office (near Kunijima Station on Hankyu Senri Line)
18:10 Arrive at the viewing area and wait until the start of the event.
19:30 Fireworks start to be launched.
20:30 Fireworks display ends and participants disperse at the site.
After the fireworks, please go back to your favorite direction.
The organizer will not take you to the station.

【Confirmation】
The times listed are approximate.
The organizer will only accompany participants to the viewing location.
Please note that the organizer will not be watching with you or returning with you.
The organizer will not wait for latecomers. (Please do not chase after the group.)
The organizer will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, or disappointment on the day of the event, and will not refund participation fees or transportation costs.
We cannot guarantee a good viewing spot, so if you want a good spot, we recommend going alone. (The organizer does not know of any good spots.)
We do not know if there are restrooms nearby.
Photos will be taken at various locations on the day for promotional purposes.
Photos will be sent to participants via LINE afterward.
(If you are extremely uncomfortable with photos, please refrain from participating to avoid any issues.)

【Items to Bring】
Please bring your own picnic blanket.
The large amount of trash on the day of the fireworks display has become a social problem.
Even if there are trash cans, they will be overflowing, so please bring a bag to put the trash in.
There are only vending machines around Shibashima Station.
If you want snacks, light meals, or alcoholic beverages, please prepare them in advance.
The nights are cold, so please bring warm clothes.

【For those who are not able to attend】
Those who are involved in pyramid schemes (network businesses).
Even if they do not solicit, they are not allowed to participate.
Those who do not have the physical strength to endure the cold and crowds.
Those who do not take garbage and personal belongings home on the day of the event.
(Leaving trash or personal belongings behind, throwing them in a dumpster or on the street, or leaving them with others is not acceptable!)

【About the fireworks】
Fireworks are far away from the venue, so they are not as powerful as they should be.
The best viewing spots are all paid seats, so you will not be able to get a good view of the fireworks.
You will not be able to see the fireworks at the bottom, and even if you can see them, they will only be at the top.

【Participation Fee】
300 yen (to be paid in cash on the day)
Transportation, snacks, drinks, etc. are at your own expense.

【Meeting time and place】
17:45
Meet in front of Higashi Yodogawa Kunijima Post Office
(right next to Kunijima Station on Hankyu Senri Line)
*We will have a sign “KOGE meetup” as a landmark.

マナーを守って楽しめる方、フレンドリーな方、大歓迎です！
混雑を避けて早めに集合し、少し離れた場所から見ます。
（例年、８月に開催されていましたが、今年は大阪万博の影響で１０月１８日に開催されます。）

【行程】
１７時４５分　東淀川柴島（くにじま）郵便局の前集合（阪急千里線の柴島駅スグ）
１８時１０分　観覧場所に到着、開始まで待ちます
１９時３０分　花火の打ち上げ開始
２０時３０分　打ち上げ終了、現地解散

終わったら好きな方面へ各自、お帰り下さい。
主催者は駅まで送りません。

【確認事項】
記載時間は目安です。
主催者は観覧場所の近くまでしか同行しません。
一緒に見て一緒に帰る訳ではないので勘違いしないようお願いします。
集合に遅刻した方を待ちません。（追いかけないで下さい。）
当日の事故や盗難、期待していた内容ではなかった等、いかなる場合でも主催者は責任を取りませんし、参加費や交通費の返金はありません。
良い場所で見れる訳ではないので、良い場所で見たい方は１人で見に行くことをお勧めします。（主催者は良い場所を知りません。）
近くにトイレがあるかどうかは知りません。
当日、宣伝用に各所にて写真を撮ります。
写真は後日、参加者にラインで送ります。
（極端に写真が苦手な方はトラブル防止の為、参加を控えて下さい。）

【持ち物】
レジャーシートは各自でご用意下さい。
花火大会の日の大量のゴミが社会問題になっています。
ゴミ箱はあっても溢れてしまうので、ゴミを入れる袋をご用意下さい。
柴島駅周辺には自動販売機しかありません。
お菓子、軽食、アルコール飲料が欲しい方は事前にご用意下さい。
日中は暑くても夜間は寒くなりますので、防寒具をご用意下さい。

【参加出来ない方】
マルチ商法（ネットワークビジネス）の関係者。
勧誘しなくても不可です。
寒さや人混みに我慢できる体力が無い方。
当日、ゴミや私物を家まで持ち帰らない方。
（ゴミや私物を置き忘れたり、ゴミ箱や路上に捨てたり、人に預けるのはNG！）
予約していない方、途中合流する方、言うことを聞かない方。

【花火について】
打ち上げ花火は遠いので、迫力に欠けます。
良い観覧場所は全て有料席ですので、綺麗に見れません。
下の方の花火は見えず、見えたとしても上の方だけです。

【参加費】
３００円（当日、現金払い）
