Of course, after arriving at the camping ground, you can help us cook camping food, you can walk around the camping ground and set up tent there if you like. You can set up tent easily even if you are a camping beginner because the staff of the campground help you set it up, and It will be the greatest experience for you ! If you have been eager to begin to do camping but you are anxious to do it alone, it’s worth worrying about it, and give it a try this time ! 〇 Meeting place and meeting time
JR Sannomiya station at AM9:45
※ Meet together in front of "MIDORINO MADOGUCHI" at the central ticket gate ! Pay attention that we would never wait for you and go ahead if you were late !
Give yourself ample time to come to the meeting place because we have to ride n the bus that leaves from Sannomiya at AM10:00 !

◯ Overall schedule
• 10:00 : Leave from the bus stop of Sannomiya bus terminal by No.25 Kobe city bus ! (¥470)
• 10:29 : Arrive at the bus stop of Gakushunomori ! Move to the camping ground by walking !
• 10:40 : Arrive at Dokawa camping ground ! Let’s cook camping food together, and you can set up tent if you are interested in it !
13:00 : Lunch time ! Savor original BBQ of 【KIOG】, “HELL YEAH BBQ” !
• 15:00 : Start cleaning up the camping ground !
• 16:00 : Leave from Dokawa camping ground and move to the bus stop of Gakushunomori by walking !
• 16:36 : Leave from the bus stop of Gakushunomori by No.25 Kobe city bus ! (¥470)
• 17:05 : Arrive at the bus stop of Sannomiya bus terminal, and dismiss there !

〇 Participation fee
2,000 yen ( Included ingredients for camping lunch, entrance fee of the camping ground and rental fee of equipments )
※ 1 : Your transportation expenses should be prepared by yourself.

※3 : If there are leftovers of camping lunch , it’s a tradition of 【KIOG】 that we provide you with a bento box for your dinner ! The bento box for your dinner will be prepared if you hope it.

〇 Condition of cancelation
・If weather forecast of the previous day says that the probability of the rain is 50% over.
・If there are 3 participants or under as of PM11:30 on the previous day.
※ Notification of cancelation will be informed on this Meetup site by AM7:30 on the event day.

〇 Note : Definitely read it !
• Please push "Going" button if you will join it. If you would not do it, you could not join us even if you would visit our Meeting place. We will never admit that you bring someone who didn’t sign up to attend this event. Please join us after confirming that your attendance is registered or not before you come to our event on that day.
• If you could not join it after you pushed “Gong button”, please cancel it at the latest 24 hours before meeting time because the organizer will prepare ingredients of BBQ on the previous day of this event. If you cancel it after that “without asking for permission”, you will be banned to join our group permanently. Thank you for your understanding this !
• Never do “NO SHOW” !
• You will be asked for a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen as a fee of BBQ ingredients if you cancel it after 24 hours the meeting time !
• Participants for hitting on girls, promoting any kind of religion, network business or the other business are driven out from this event as soon as we find it.
• The organizer never takes responsibility for any trouble and any accident in this event.

ＪＲ三宮駅にAM9:45集合
中央改札口の「みどりの窓口」の前に集合！集合時間に遅れた場合、お待ちすることは無く先に行かせて頂きますので、ご注意願います！
AM10:00に三ノ宮を出発するバスに乗りますので、時間に余裕を持って集合場所にお出で下さい！

◯ 概略スケジュール
• 10:00 : 神戸市バス25系統で三ノ宮バスターミナルバス停を出発 ！(470円)
• 10:29 : 学習の森バス停に到着！キャンプ場へ徒歩で移動！
• 10:40 : 洞川教育キャンプ場に到着！一緒にキャンプ飯を作ったり、ご興味のある方はテントを設置する体験も出来ます！
• 13:00 : 昼食！【KIOG】オリジナルのオリジナルBBQ, “Hell Yeah BBQ” をご堪能下さい！
• 15:00 : 後片付け開始！
• 16:00 : 洞川教育キャンプ場を出発し、学習の森バス停へ徒歩で移動！
• 16:36 : 神戸市バス25系統のバスで学習の森バス停を出発！(470円)
• 17:05 : 三ノ宮バスターミナルバス停に到着！そこで解散！

〇 参加費
2,000円（キャンプランチの食材費、キャンプ場の入場、その他機材のレンタル費用込み）

〇 キャンセル条件
・前日の天気予報の降水確率が50％以上の場合。
・前日のPM11:30時点で参加者が3名以下の場合。
※ キャンセルの通知はイベント当日のAM7:30迄にこのMeetupのサイトで通知します。

〇 注記 : 必ずお読み下さい！

• 主催者はイベントの前日にBBQの食材を購入する関係上、参加ボタンを押された後のキャンセルは遅くとも集合時間の24時間前までにお願いします。それ以降、”無断で”キャンセルされた方は永久に我々のグループへの参加を禁じます。予めご理解の程、お願い致します！
• ”NO SHOW”は禁止です！
• 集合時間の24時間以降のキャンセルはBBQの食材費としてキャンセル料1,000円を頂戴いたします！
• ナンパ、宗教、ネットワークビジネス、保険、その他、勧誘を目的とした参加は見つけ次第イベントから退出頂きます。
• オーガナイザーはこのイベント中のいかなる事故やトラブルについての責任は負いません。
