Our first stop is Amago Mura in the scenic Sasayama/Aogaki area ! 🚗💨 It’s a hidden gem for catching fresh Amago trout by hand in Hyogo. Since it’s only open until the end of September each year, this is a super special seasonal experience ! 🎣✨ Step into the river🏞️, chase after swift Amago trout in the clear stream, and catch them with your own hands ! 🐟👐 Savor your fresh catch grilled right on the spot, paired with their famous, freshly cooked Kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot) ! 🍚🐟🔥

6：One car will be available for this event and you can go to the locations by all locations. The compensation will be up to the scope of the personal accident insurance if the car accident were to happen. There is no compensation that is exceeded it. You have to fill in your full name, blood type and emergency contact information on emergency card and keep it in your bag before you ride on the car for the prompt action when car accident would be happened. Therefore, bring something to write with on that day.
7：📱Portable charger🔋
Although you can leave your luggage in the car at each location, please don’t leave your portable charger in the car because there is a probability that it causes fire. You can charge your phone in the car if you bring a charging cable.
8：‼️Dear all ‼️
Not only “Going for a drive event” is limited to the number of participants but also the organizer has enough preparations included booking something and buying tickets in advance every time. However, there were some irresponsible persons who said that they forgot about what they signed up to attend the event. It’s sure that the organizer has been bothered with such a behavior.
Especially, persons who have the following behaviors have this tendency, and it’s causing “Cancelation of the last minutes”.
• No direct message even after several days after pushing “Going button”
• No reply against a question of the organizer when there are not enough contents that are needed to fill in a direct message
• No reply and a direct message from the organizer is not even read even after several days after the organizer sent information of the meeting place or after the organizer sent a reminder in order to reconfirm for the attendance when someone is in the waiting list
Therefore, if you’d have the following cases, you’d be moved to “Decline list” even if you were in “Going list” on this post after the organizer warn you by a direct message !
The organizer hopes to prioritize persons who really want to join the event first even if the person is in the waiting list if only the person reply to the organizer sincerely.

6：このイベントには車1台が用意され、全てのロケーションに車で移動する事が出来ます。万一、交通事故が発生した場合、その賠償はドライバーの任意保険の範囲になります。それ以上の賠償は致しかねます。また、交通事故発生時に備え、車に乗る前に緊急連絡先カードにフルネーム、血液型、緊急連絡先を記載頂き、ご自身のバッグの中に保管頂く必要があります。よって当日は何か書くものをご用意下さい。
7：📱モバイルバッテリー🔋
各ロケーションでご自身の荷物を車の中に放置して頂いても構いませんが、モバイルバッテリーの車内放置はご遠慮願います。火事の原因になります。ご自身のケーブルがあれば携帯電話の充電は車内でも可能です。
8：‼️皆様へのお願い‼️
”ドライブイベント”は参加頂ける人数に制限があるだけで無く、主催者は毎回、事前の予約やチケット購入など十分な準備を行なっておりますが、イベントの参加登録していた事を忘れていた言う無責任な方々がおられます。この様な行為に主催者は悩まされ続けているのも事実です。
特に以下の様な行為を取られる方々はその傾向にあり、それが”直前のキャンセル”の原因になっております。
• “参加ボタン”を押した後、数日経ってもDMを送ってこない
・DMに必要な内容の記入漏れに対して、主催者が質問しても返答が無い
• 主催者から集合場所に関するお知らせ、キャンセル待ちリストにどなたかがおられる場合、イベントの数日前にイベント出欠の再確認の為のリマインダーをDMで送っても、数日経ってが返答がなく、既読にすらならない

1 : To ensure maximum safety and comfort for female members at night, all participants are strictly female except the organizer. 💁🏻‍♀️Two separate campsites are reserved for participants, and the organizer will stay in another campsite ⛺️✨
2 : Two dome tents will be pitched per campsite, with a few members sharing each tent. You will be sharing a tent with other friendly female participants ! If you prefer not to share a tent, please kindly pass on this event. Thank you for your understanding ! 🙏✨

〇 Cancellation Policy
• Cancelled if the weather forecast predicts a 50% or higher chance of rain on the day before.

• 12:30：JR三ノ宮駅近くの ダイエー三宮イオンフードスタイル1階入口に集合！みんなでキャンプ飯の食材をお買い物します！🛒🥩🥦
• 14:10：三宮バスターミナルより神姫バス（市バス25系統）で出発！（￥470）🚌
• 14:39：「学習の森前」バス停に到着し、徒歩でキャンプ場へ向かいます！🌿
• 15:00：洞川教育キャンプ場に到着し、キャンプスタート！テントの設営や夕食の準備をみんなで楽しく行います！⛺️🔥
• 18:00：手作りキャンプ飯を味わった後は、星空の下で癒やしのキャンプファイヤー！🌌🔥✨

2：1つのサイトにつきドームテントを2張り設営し、1張りにつき数名様でシェアして宿泊します。他の女性参加者様と同じテントでの宿泊となりますので、相部屋が難しい方はご参加をお控えください。あらかじめご理解の程、よろしくお願い致します！🙏✨

・前日の天気予報で当日の降水確率が50％以上の場合、イベントは中止となります。

• 09:00 : Depart from the meeting point near JR Osaka Station by car ! 🚗
• 10:30 : Arrive at Vejisai Farm ! 🚜👩‍🌾
• 11:00 : Harvest fresh vegetables ! Enjoy biting into fresh sweet corn on the farm, and bake a gourmet pizza topped with your freshly harvested veggies ! Savor your hot, original pizza on-site ! 🍕 You can also make fresh potato chips and French fries ! 🍟
• 15:00 : Depart from Vejisai Farm by car ! 🚗
• 15:30 : Arrive at Toyono Cosmos-no-sato ! Enjoy a gentle hike through a romantic labyrinth of 1 million cosmos flowers in full bloom ! 🌸 (Entrance fee = ¥500)
• 17:00 : Depart from Toyono Cosmos-no-sato ! 🚗
• 18:00 : Arrive back at JR Osaka Station ! 🚉
• 19:00 : Arrive back at JR Rokkomichi Station or Hankyu Rokko Station ! 🚉
※ You can be dropped off at your preferred station as long as it lies between Osaka and Sannomiya. If you need a custom drop-off, please send a direct message to the organizer when you RSVP.

However, please prepare the following fees and pay them directly on-site on the event day ! (Cash, credit cards, and PayPay are accepted : Total amount = ¥3,390) 💰
• Farm Entrance fee = ¥550
• Pizza ingredients fee (for lunch) = ¥1,320
• Rubber boots rental fee (optional, if needed in the field) = ¥220
• Vegetable harvesting fee = ¥1,300 (Includes sweet corn & potatoes for French fries / potato chips)
※ We will share one harvesting basket between every two participants. The organizer will pay the harvesting fee in one lump sum at the farm. Therefore, please pay the harvesting fee (¥1,300) directly to the organizer in cash ! You must bring at least ¥1,300 in cash on the day. All other fees can be paid to the farm staff via PayPay, credit card, or cash. 💸
※ You can take plenty of leftover harvested veggies home with you ! 🍆🍠
※ Please bring your own work gloves for harvesting and a towel for sweat. 🧤💦
※ Personal transportation costs between your home and the meeting point, as well as the Toyono Cosmos-no-sato entrance fee (¥500), must be covered by yourself.

You will have the chance to harvest sweet corn, egg plant, sweet potatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, and okra. However, please note that certain vegetable varieties may not be available depending on actual crop growth conditions. 🌾

6 : One private car will be used for all transportation during this event. In the event of a car accident, compensation will be limited strictly to the scope of our personal accident insurance policy. No additional compensation beyond this coverage can be provided. For prompt medical response in an emergency, you must fill out your full name, blood type, and emergency contact details on an Emergency Card and keep it in your bag before boarding the car. Please bring a pen on the day ! 🖊️
7 : ‼️ Dear all ‼️
Drive events have very limited seating, and the organizer puts extensive effort into advanced bookings and ticket purchases for every event. Regrettably, we have experienced irresponsible individuals who claimed they forgot about their RSVP. Such behavior causes significant inconvenience to everyone.
In particular, people showing the following behaviors tend to cause last-minute cancellations :
• Not sending a direct message even several days after clicking "Going"
• Not replying to the organizer's questions when required information is missing from their message
• Leaving the organizer's direct messages unread or unanswered for days after receiving meeting details or re-confirmation reminders
Therefore, if any of these apply to you, you may be moved to the "Canceled" list even if you are listed under "Going" (after a courtesy warning message from the organizer).
We want to prioritize members who genuinely wish to join, even if they are currently on the waitlist, as long as they communicate sincerely !

但し、以下の費用は各自ご用意いただき、当日現地にて農園スタッフへお支払いください！（現金・クレジットカード・PayPayがご利用いただけます：合計金額 = ¥3,390)💰

• 長靴レンタル料（畑での収穫時に必要な方のみ） = ¥220

※ 収穫用のかごは2名様につき1つをシェアしていただきます。収穫体験料につきましては、主催者が農園へまとめて一括決済いたしますので、野菜収穫料の¥1,300のみ当日主催者へ「現金」にてお支払いをお願いいたします！そのため当日は最低¥1,300の現金をご持参ください。その他の費用は直接PayPay、カード、現金にて農園へお支払いいただけます。💸

当日はスイートコーン、ナス、さつまいも、ピーマン、きゅうり、ズッキーニ、オクラなどの収穫を予定しておりますが、野菜の発育状況や天候により、一部収穫できない品種がある場合がございます。予めご了承願います。🌾

１：「NO SHOW」や直前の無断キャンセルを防ぐため、ご参加の際は必ず以下の「Step 1」と「Step 2」の両方を行ってください！皆様のご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます！🙏✨

６：本イベントは車1台での移動となります。万が一お車での事故が発生した場合の補償は、加入している自動車保険（傷害保険）の適用範囲内のみとなります。範囲を超える補償はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。緊急時の迅速な対応のため、ご乗車前に非常用カードへお名前・血液型・緊急連絡先をご記入いただき、バッグの中に保管していただく必要がございます。当日は筆記用具を忘れずご持参ください。🖊️
７：‼️ ご参加をご検討中の皆様へ ‼️
ドライブイベントは定員が非常に限られており、主催者は毎回事前に各種予約やチケット手配など、心を込めて準備を進めております。しかしながら、過去に「参加することを忘れていた」といった無責任なキャンセルがあり、大変困惑しております。
特に、以下のような行動をとられる方は直前キャンセルに繋がる傾向がございます：
・「参加ボタン」を押してから数日経ってもダイレクトメッセージが届かない方
・メッセージの内容に不備があり、主催者からの確認質問にご返信いただけない方
・集合場所のご案内やリマインド（参加再確認）のメッセージを送っても、何日も既読がつかず返信がない方
そのため、上記のような状態が続いた場合、主催者から警告メッセージ送信後、仮に「参加リスト」にエントリーされていても「不参加リスト」へ移動させていただくことがございます。
直前でキャンセル待ちをされている方のためにも、誠意を持ってやり取りをしていただける熱意ある方を優先したく思っております！
