JR Abandoned Railway & Hokusetsu Ōmine Mountain Hiking　JR（国鉄）廃線跡＆北摂大峰山ハイキング

We'll hike along the abandoned JR Fukuchiyama Line tracks, a classic hiking course in Kansai.
It was abandoned when the line was electrified in 1986 and has been open as a hiking course since 2016, ten years ago.
After walking along the abandoned railway line for about an hour and a half, this route connects Hokusetsu Ōmine Mountain to Nakayamadera Temple.
This intermediate hike is recommended for those who've walked the abandoned tracks before and found it a bit lacking.
Afterward, let's relax at Marugame Seimen & the hot springs!

【Itinerary】
9:00 Meet in front of “Co-op Kobe Mini Namaze” (Immediately right after exiting JR Namaze Station)
9:15 Abandoned Railway Line Entrance ※Public restrooms available
10:10 Kitayama Second Tunnel ※Total length 413m. The longest tunnel.
10:30 Mukogawa Second Bridge ※Red iron bridge. Photo spot.
11:00 Shinsui Plaza. After a break, climb the stairs and ascend the slope.
12:20 Hokusetsu Omine Mountain Summit ※ Elevation 552m
*Lunch at the summit or a nearby spot with a nice view
14:50 Nakayama Mountain Summit ※ Elevation 478m
15:30 Nakayamadera Temple Inner Sanctuary ※ Public restrooms available
16:00 Meotoiwa Rock Garden
16:30 Nakayama-dera Temple. Let's go see the five-story pagoda.
17:00 Arrive at Hankyu Nakayama-Kannon Station; tour ends

17:07 Board free shuttle bus from JR Nakayamadera Station

【Important Notes】
Times listed are approximate.

This activity requires physical stamina, so we ask that older adults in particular carefully consider their own capabilities and take responsibility for their decision before making a reservation.
The organizer assumes no responsibility for accidents, theft, or unmet expectations on the day.

(Those extremely uncomfortable with photos should refrain from participating to prevent issues.)

【Important Notes on Meeting and Luggage】
We will not be able to reply to individual messages on the day of the event.
We will not wait for latecomers, even in the event of train delays or taking the wrong train, so we recommend arriving early.
Chasing after the group if you are late is prohibited.
Please bring your own lunch or purchase one at Co-op Kobe near the meeting point. (Opens at 9:00)
We will be passing through a pitch-black tunnel, so a flashlight is helpful, but if you don’t have one, your cell phone’s flashlight will suffice.
You will not be allowed to participate if you arrive at the meeting point dressed inappropriately for hiking—such as wearing sandals, a skirt, or not bringing a backpack.

【About the Evening Tour】
Participation in the evening tour is optional, but the organizers will not ask anyone to return early. If you wish to leave the group at Hankyu Nakayama Kannon Station, please do so at your own discretion.
Leaving the group before arriving at Hankyu Nakayama Kannon Station is prohibited, as it may lead to unexpected accidents or problems.
(In case of an emergency, such as feeling unwell, please consult with the organizer before leaving the group.)
In particular, please do not leave early while visiting Nakayama Kannon.
The hot spring visit is also optional.
Tattoos are not permitted; please bring your own towel.
We will use the hot spring shuttle bus only if the timing works out.
It’s about a 10-minute walk.

【You will be removed from the group under the following circumstances】
× Making a reservation and then forgetting to cancel, resulting in a no-show
× Arriving late and having to be chased down, or leaving early without permission
× A “monster” complainer

関西のハイキングコースの定番である、JR福知山線（当時の国鉄）の廃線跡を歩きます。
１９８６年に電化された際に廃線となり、１０年前の２０１６年からハイキングコースとして開放されています。
廃線跡を約１時間半歩いた後、北摂大峰山から中山寺まで抜けるルートです。
以前、廃線跡を歩いたことがあり、少し物足りなかった…という方にお勧めの中級ハイキングです。
終わった後は丸亀製麺＆温泉で疲れを癒そう！

【行程】
９時００分　「コープこうべミニ生瀬（なまぜ）」の前に集合（JR生瀬駅出てスグ右側）
９時１５分　廃線跡入口　※公衆トイレ有り
１０時１０分　北山第二トンネル　※全長４１３ｍ。１番長いトンネル。
１０時３０分　武庫川第二橋梁　※赤い鉄橋。写真スポット
１１時００分　親水広場。休憩後に階段を上がり、上り坂
１２時２０分　北摂大峰山山頂　※標高５５２ｍ
※山頂、又は近くの景色が良い場所にて昼食
１４時５０分　中山山頂　※標高４７８ｍ
１５時３０分　中山寺奥の院　※公衆トイレ有り
１６時００分　夫婦岩園地
１６時３０分　中山寺。五重塔を見よう
１７時００分　阪急中山観音駅に到着、解散

※希望者はイブニングツアーへ
１７時０５分　丸亀製麺　※毎月１日は釜揚げうどん半額。
１８時０７分　JR中山寺駅から無料シャトルバス乗車
１７時２０分　宝乃湯　※タトゥー不可、９５０円
１８時３０分　無料シャトルバス出発
１８時４５分　阪急山本駅到着、解散

【確認事項】
記載時間は目安です。

高齢の方や、体力に自信の無い方は事故やトラブルの元になりますので、参加を控えるか、予めご相談下さい。
当日の事故や盗難、期待していた内容ではなかった等、いかなる場合でも主催者は責任を取りませんし、参加費や交通費の返金はありません。
当日、宣伝用に各所にて写真を撮ります。
写真は後日、参加者にラインで送ります。
（極端に写真が苦手な方はトラブル防止の為、参加をご遠慮下さい。）

【集合と荷物の注意事項】
当日は個別メッセージには返信出来ません。
電車の遅延や乗り間違いの場合でも遅刻の方は待ちませんので、早めの集合をお勧めします。
遅刻して追いかけるのは禁止です。
昼食は予め用意するか、集合場所のコープこうべでお買い求め下さい。（９時開店）
トンネルを通るので懐中電灯があると便利ですが、無ければ携帯電話のライトでも大丈夫です。
サンダル履きやスカートの着用、リュックを持ってこない等、山登りが出来ない恰好で集合場所に来た場合は参加出来ません。

【イブニングツアーについて】
イブニングツアーは希望者のみ参加ですが、主催者側から帰るように声をかけたりはしませんので、阪急中山観音駅から離脱する場合はご自身の判断でお願いします。
中山観音駅に到着するまでは、先に帰ることは思わぬ事故やトラブルの原因となる為、禁止です。
（体調不良等の緊急時は主催者に相談後、離脱をお願いします。）
例えば中山観音の拝観の途中で先に帰ったりしないようお願いします。
温泉も、丸亀製麺と同じく希望者のみ行きます。
タトゥーは不可、タオルはご用意下さい。
温泉のシャトルバスは時間が合った時のみ利用します。
歩いても１０分程度です。
