Wednesday night language exchange

It is an international hang out, where you can practice other languages, and in return share your own native language. It is mostly in English and Japanese, however there are chances to practice other languages too! It's a great chance to make international friends, and learn about other cultures!

LEX Language Exchange Tokyo is sponsored by Lifehouse International Church (http://tokyo.mylifehouse.com/) but has no Church related content.

Purpose

To make connections with people in different lines of work, school overcome cultural and language barriers and develop friendships you couldn't find at work or in your daily activities!

What do we do on Wednesday?

There is a new topic to talk about, for example sports, superheroes, or music. You will not only get to practice talking about the topic, but also get to hear native speakers, and to learn about other cultures. If there is enough time, we also enjoy playing some games - relating to the topic!

Place - OCC Ochanomizu Christian Center. Near JR Ochanomizu stn, Metro Marunouchi line Ochanomizu stn, Metro Chiyoda line Shin-Ochanomizu stn.

Time - 6:15pm to 7:10pm plus fellowship time and more

○目的

東京で働く様々な業種、学校間の人との交流を促進し、さらには人種や言葉の壁を超えて、職場や学校、日常生活だけでは得ることができない友達関係を作ること。（商売目的、勧誘不可）

○どんなことをやっているの？

毎週新たに話題となるトピックを選んできていてそれについて会話していきます。例えば、スポーツ、ヒーロー、音楽などなど。でもこのトピックで練習するだけでなく、ネイティブの人の言葉を聞いたり、文化を学んだりすることもできます。時間があるときにはトピックからさらにゲームをして楽しんでいきます！

○場所：OCC御茶ノ水クリスチャンセンター。JR中央線総武線御茶ノ水駅、東京メトロ丸ノ内線御茶ノ水駅、千代田線、新御茶ノ水駅徒歩３分
