Leeds Writing Meetup

Please note - this event will be at Crowd of Favours, 4-12 Harper St, Leeds LS2 7EA. A short walk away from Leeds Bus Station. It is a requirement to buy something from the venue when attending.

HOW WE WORK

Time to write!

For the first half (from 6.00pm to 7.30pm), we work on our own material before drifting into more of a social! We work on our own projects, from novels to screenplays to blogs, literally anything that involves writing! Bring whatever you feel comfortable writing with - notepad, laptop, tablet, pen and paper, etc.

Everybody is welcome, from amateurs to professionals. We aim to offer an all-inclusive and supportive environment. No need to be there on time either. We like to get in the zone for writing and save the chat for the social.

At 7.30 PM we start to socialise.

Venue:
Upstairs round the corner from the bar at Crowd of Favours. Situated on Harper Street near the famous Kirkgate Market, Crowd of Favours offers an eclectic selection of beers, brilliant spirits & cocktails.

Change to usual schedule. This week we are delighted to announce an an open mic. It's an opportunity to share work, ideas and pitch to an audience.

This will take place in the Basement of Crowd of Favours, starting from 7.30 PM.
